Accessibility statement.

We want everyone to be able to read this site, and to use it with the tools they already have.

AccessibilityLast updated October 2026.

Our aim

We design and test this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That is a target we hold ourselves to, not a claim that every page is perfect.

What we do

Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Text and controls are checked for color contrast. Images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Headings and landmarks follow a consistent structure.

Motion is kept small, and it is turned off when your device is set to reduce motion. The floor plans can be explored with a keyboard, and each room is also listed in plain text beside the plan. Text resizes with your browser settings, and pages work on a phone.

How we check

We run automated accessibility checks and keyboard tests on every release, and we review new pages by hand. We also check the site at phone and desktop widths.

Known limits

The floor plans are diagrams, so some of their detail is visual. The room list beside each plan carries the same information in text. If you find something that is hard to use, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

Use the inquiry form on the partners page, choose Other, and start your note with the word Accessibility. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply and fix it.
