Sexual health and ED care, in private.

Erectile dysfunction is common, medical and often connected to other parts of your health. Our planned approach is a private conversation, a careful look at possible causes, and options chosen for you after evaluation.

What this care addresses

Erectile dysfunction (ED) means regularly having trouble getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Men also come in about changes in desire, in climax or in satisfaction. These concerns are common, they are medical, and they are not a personal failing.

Many men wait a long time before asking. You do not need an explanation ready. Starting the conversation is enough.

Possible causes

ED rarely has just one cause. Contributing factors can include:

  • Blood vessel and heart conditions, high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Diabetes, excess weight and other metabolic conditions
  • Some medications
  • Poor sleep, including sleep apnea
  • Stress, anxiety or depression
  • Smoking and heavy alcohol use
  • Nerve conditions and hormone changes, including low testosterone

ED and heart health

ED can sometimes be an early sign of cardiovascular disease. That is one reason a careful evaluation matters, and why we ask about your heart health and risk factors.

Low testosterone is one possible contributor, not the explanation for every man, so testosterone treatment is not appropriate for everyone with ED.

How assessment works

We plan to begin with a private conversation. Your clinician will ask when changes began and how they show up, about your medications and health conditions, and about stress, sleep and relationships. A check of your blood pressure and a physical assessment are typical, and testing is chosen for you, which may include blood sugar, cholesterol and, when clinically indicated, testosterone.

The goal is to understand the cause, not to arrive with a treatment already decided.

Individualized options

Depending on what the evaluation finds, a plan can involve treating underlying conditions, lifestyle changes, medication, counseling or other approaches, often in combination. No treatment is chosen before evaluation. We will list the treatments we offer here once they are confirmed.

Potential benefits, and their limits

Many men see improvement once contributing causes are found and addressed, and care can also bring relief and confidence in intimacy. Results vary, and not every treatment suits every man. We do not promise a particular outcome.

Follow-up

Follow-up is how we check that a plan is working and safe for you: how you are responding, any side effects, and whether anything needs to change. Where other health conditions are involved, we plan to work with you and, with your permission, your other doctors. We will publish our follow-up approach once it is confirmed.

Risks and what to know

Every treatment has benefits and risks, and some medications are not safe with certain heart conditions or other medicines. Your clinician will review the risks of any option with you before you decide, and you can always ask questions.

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath or other symptoms that worry you, seek urgent medical care. In an emergency, call 911.

When to talk with a clinician

Talk with a clinician if erections, desire or satisfaction have changed for more than a few weeks, if it is affecting your relationship or confidence, or if it came on suddenly. Because ED can be linked to heart and metabolic health, it is worth asking even if it only happens sometimes.

Seek urgent care for chest pain, shortness of breath, or an erection lasting more than four hours. In an emergency, call 911.

Common questions

Questions men ask first

Is ED just part of getting older?

ED becomes more common with age, but it is not inevitable, and it often has contributing causes that can be identified and treated.

Does TRT fix ED?

Only when low testosterone is contributing, and not for every man. That is why evaluation comes first, and why testosterone is checked when it is clinically indicated.

Will you prescribe something at the first visit?

Treatment decisions are made by a licensed clinician after evaluation. We will not promise a specific treatment in advance.

How private is it?

Privacy is central to how we are designing EYEGASMIC Club, from private rooms to discreet tablet check-in. Detailed privacy practices for clinical care will be provided before anyone becomes a patient. Our Privacy Policy covers this website.

Is EYEGASMIC Club open?

Not yet. It is in development. Register your interest to hear about opening updates first.
