EYEGASMIC is a brand of Eyekonic Brands, LLC ("EYEGASMIC", "we", "us"). This policy covers www.eyegasmicclub.com. For questions or requests, contact us through eyekonicbrands.com.

What we collect

What you give us

• Interest registration: your name, email address, city or ZIP code, the interests you select (Club or lifestyle), and your phone number if you choose to add one. We do not ask for symptoms, medical history, lab results or treatment details, and we ask you not to send them.
• Opening updates: your email address.
• Partner and clinician inquiries: your name, email address, company and phone number if you add them, your city or market, your role, and any note you write. Please do not include confidential financial information or any medical information.

What is collected automatically

• Basic technical data your browser sends to any website: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time. Our hosting provider processes this to serve and secure the site.
• Aggregate usage information, such as which pages are visited and the country a visit comes from, through Plausible Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. See "Cookies and similar technology" below.
• Where a visit came from, such as the website or campaign link that brought you here. This is kept for your browsing session and, if you submit a form, sent with it so we know which link worked. In aggregate analytics we also count how far people get through a form (for example, that a step was completed), never what was typed into it.

What is stored on your device

• eyg-last-… (local storage): the time of your last form submission, used only to prevent accidental duplicate or rapid repeat submissions.
• eyg-attr (session storage): the page you arrived on and the site or campaign link that sent you, used as described above. It clears when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Please keep health information out

Do not include medical or health information in any form on this site. Clinical services connected to EYEGASMIC Club are provided by independent licensed professionals in affiliated practices, and their handling of your health information is governed by their own notices and the law that applies to them, not by this policy.

How we use your information

• To send you the updates you asked for about EYEGASMIC Club and, if you ask, the EYEGASMIC lifestyle.
• To respond to partner and clinician inquiries.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand in aggregate how it is used.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: web hosting, form and email handling, analytics (if enabled). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If Eyekonic Brands is involved in a merger, financing or sale, information may transfer as part of it.

Form submissions (interest registration, opening updates and partner or clinician inquiries) are received and delivered to us by Formspree. This site's typefaces are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to Google or other font providers.

Cookies and similar technology

This site sets no cookies. It uses the local and session storage items listed above, which are needed for the information described above to work. For analytics we use Plausible and Cloudflare Web Analytics, privacy-focused tools that do not use cookies, do not track you across other sites, and report only aggregate figures to us. Because it uses no cookies, there is no cookie banner. If we ever add a tool that needs your consent, we will ask first and make declining as easy as accepting.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and launch-list details until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose you gave them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including under laws in California, Texas and other states, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your information or appealing a decision. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, contact us through eyekonicbrands.com and tell us the email address you used. We may need to verify it is you before acting.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Who this site is for

EYEGASMIC is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is material, we will make that clear on the site.
