Every EYEGASMIC Club is led by a Clinical Director: a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or physician who runs the day-to-day clinical operation, within an affiliated practice, in a setting built to make great care feel effortless.

The role, as we imagine it.
The Clinical Director leads the care team and the patient experience of one Club: the standard of care, the clinical pathway from The Study to The Suites, and the culture of the people who work there.
Hosts run the front of the Club. The Clinical Director runs the clinical work, and leads the team in The Den as well as in The Draw.
Clinical services are delivered by an independent affiliated practice, and the Clinical Director works within it, with the supervision or collaboration your state requires. Arrangements vary by state and are discussed in conversation.

Comfortable running a small team, setting a standard and being the face of the Club in their city.

Warm, direct and discreet, and as good in The Parlor as in The Study.

The same care that goes into the patient experience goes into the team's: a back office built for focus, and a staff room that feels like the rest of the Club.
